The National Reconciliation Week theme for 2026, All In, is a call for all Australians to commit wholeheartedly to reconciliation every day. It reminds us that reconciliation is a shared responsibility, requiring action, reflection, and a collective commitment to creating meaningful change together.
Zoos SA has established a vision for reconciliation and acknowledges the Country on which we stand always was, and always will be, Aboriginal land.
We collaborate with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples through a number of conservation initiatives and look forward to continuing to build relationships with Kaurna and Ngarrindjeri peoples as the traditional custodians of the Country of our sites, Adelaide Zoo and Monarto Safari Park respectively.
