Join us for a cultural and ecological journey that combines Aboriginal perspectives with conservation education.

Explore the rich cultural and ecological knowledge of First Nations Australians in this immersive professional learning session. Teachers will discover how to meaningfully incorporate Aboriginal perspectives into their lessons, with a focus on sustainable land management and traditional ecological knowledge.

The session includes a guided cultural tour of our bush food gardens and closed conservation areas, led by our Aboriginal Learning on Country team. Participants will gain rare access to spaces designed and maintained using traditional practices and ecological knowledge. This experience will support teachers to confidently embed Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Histories and Cultures into the classroom through authentic and place-based learning.
