lion cubs, monarto safari park

Husani’s four lion cubs and their sixteen little paws will soon embark on a lifetime of adventure. In the next few weeks, the cubs will take their first bold steps from their den into their expansive, 11.5 hectare Monarto habitat – making now the perfect time to give them all names. That’s where you come in!

WIN! TWO lucky members and ONE non member, chosen at random, will win awesome family passes (2 x adults 2 x children) to our Lions 360 experience and hopefully get a glimpse of the playful cub bundle.

Winners will be notified. Winning names will be announced on or before Friday 26 June.

Complete the form below to enter.

When we reopen, visitors can hope to catch sight of the cubs from the Zu-Loop bus and at our Lions 360 and Lions at Bedtime experiences.

Your visit matters. Help us to name the lion cubs and, when we reopen, come and visit. By visiting, you’ll be supporting the dwindling population of wild lions and helping to save animals from extinction.

Your entry ticket to Monarto Safari Park helps to raise funds for vital conservation work and to save animals from extinction. Tickets for Lions 360 and Lions at Bedtime support conservation projects that provide rangers and vital on-the-ground resources to protect lions through the Sera Conservancy in Kenya and the Zambian Carnivore Program. With as few as 20,000 lions remaining in the wild, the more help we get the better. Find out more about our conservation programs here
